IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime axis-admin failed with {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP (503)Service Unavailable

I must have nearly day for resound the problem. Many persons meet this problem like me, so i write this post:

Tool: Eclipse Helio 3.6, Tomcat (6, or 7), Axis 2. (-1.5.5 or -1.5.2 it’s OK)

1. Config location for server Tomcat and Axis2

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And important, modifer Server And Runtime like this:

2 Modifies port of apache in eclipse

Double-Click on the name of server and modifies like this image:
